Refund Policy
A clear and fair approach to project cancellations and payment reviews.
Draft for review: Business-specific details and legal wording must be approved before public launch.
Policy scope
This policy outlines general principles for cancellations and refund requests relating to Codiva Healthcare services. An accepted proposal, statement of work or signed agreement may specify additional arrangements, subject to applicable law.
Before work commences
If you need to cancel before a project begins, notify us in writing as soon as possible. Any refund assessment will consider the agreement, work or commitments already authorised and applicable statutory rights.
After commencement
Where work has commenced, we will review work completed, agreed milestones, approved third-party costs and amounts already paid. Any discretionary refund or credit will be explained with reference to the agreement and applicable law.
Ongoing services
Recurring support or subscription engagements may have separate cancellation, renewal and notice terms. These should be clearly stated in the applicable agreement before payment.
Third-party expenses
Domain registrations, advertising spend, software subscriptions and other external charges may be subject to supplier terms. Any non-refundable costs must be lawfully charged and appropriately disclosed and authorised.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, including applicable service consumer guarantees.
How to request a review
Use the Contact Us page with your organisation, project reference, invoice details, payment date and a brief explanation of the request. We will review the information and communicate the next steps.
Approved refunds and disputes
Approved refunds will normally be returned through an appropriate payment method. Bank or processor timelines can vary. If you disagree with an assessment, contact us for a further review; statutory rights remain unaffected.
